Questionnaire on RW barefoot forum and cool patch from hubby!

Here is a link to the questionnaire I filled out on the RW barefoot runners forum!
It was pretty fun and I surprised myself for volunteering to be the runner of the week to fill it out!  I knew that situations would present themselves for me to practice doing things that scare me(one of my goals for 2010)!

We went to the flea market today. Jaymon walked around with Sam and I looked around with Milo and wore Archimedes in my Mei Tai baby carrier on my back.  I wish I would have had Jaymon take pictures of us!  I was and still am wearing one of the cool hats my sister-in-law made and received  several compliments on it. We saw lots of cool stuff and when I got home Jaymon surprised me with the barefoot patch that I had shown him earlier. It is still making me smile that he bought that for me!

I am off to run on the treadmill and finish up the laundry! I want to keep my weekly mileage at about 25 miles (I need to do 7 to make 25)  so I can build up a reserve of miles in case I need the time off I will still reach my goal of 1000 in 2010.

Good to hear from both of you! My treadmill run went pretty good!
Julie, my hubby was the one that bought me the patch and it was just as heartwarming! He is very careful with money (thank the goddess cuz I know I'm not good with money!!) so it was very sweet and unexpected of him!
I am very very blessed to have such wonderful and affectionate boys all the same. They are very considerate and loving towards me:)

Great job answering the questions, Angie! I know Shelly would love to run with you, too! If you guys can't make it for the Fifth Third, we'll definitely get to Iowa at some point to run a race!

I would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to run with you too!!! That was so sweet of you to say. This is one of the times I wish I had a bigger place to host you guys for the 5/3. If my sister didn't live an hour away I would volunteer her house. If you can't make it I am definitely running the Living History Farms race I just haven't told Jason yet :)

Everybody like to be with friends. At least, almost of us.

What do you think about make exercises in group? Or play sports?

If you think in get a good health you need to think about making sports or go to the gym everyday.

You need to work hard almost every day. You need to define a strategy to make a good workout without get sick.

One good strategy when you start making sports or gym is trying to get a friend to make that activity together.

Other good thing to do is BUYING supplement food. Here we buy in http://companhiadanutricao.com.br but you can try to find a good Supplement store near your house.

Good health for us!

Happy weekend!
