ReplyDeleteI follow CEP on twitter (@sclubmama)
ReplyDeleteI have awhile before my marathon but I would wear these on the 10K virtual race I'm doing this weekend (of course I won't have them this weekend but I'd wear them if I did) or the 5K next week or the 10K 4th of July weekend or the night trail race (probably would be good for visibility too) end of July or my marathon in September. :D

ReplyDeleteMy next big races are June 19th (21k Xterra Xduro)and July 10th (50k trail) so I shouldn't have to explain how much my toes are going to need these! I wonder if I had some after my ultra in March if I would have had as much damage to my toenails? I wonder?
ReplyDeleteI joined CEP Compression on facebook
ReplyDeleteI love the pink but the green would be a nice change of pace. I (obviously) have never worn then during. I am interested to see how that would be. ...see I already talk like I won! I have some nerve! ;-)
ReplyDeleteJust tweeted your giveaway @rustbeltrunner
ReplyDeleteLinked you up on my sidebar.
ReplyDeleteVisited CEP... I would go for the bright pink running socks without the pattern on the top. The non-patterned ones. ;)
ReplyDeleteLove all of this....Prevents shin splints, calf cramps, achilles issues and other lower leg indication
ReplyDeleteThat would be awesome!!!
Also, I would love the pink socks!
I actually have a few 5K's in the future..one being this weekend, and another being in June...but towards the end of June I will be starting my very first ever, marathon training..I think these socks would help tremendously in the recovery period between my runs etc. My marathon is 10/10/10
ReplyDeleteI haven't tried any compression wear yet, but I'd love to. I'm not sure if I would want the socks or the socks... probably the sleeves but it would be a toss up between the pink and the green.
ReplyDeleteUh, I think want compression socks. I'm curious to see for myself about the benefits. And I'd have to have 'em in PINK!
ReplyDeleteI'm now a follower on Twitter.
ReplyDeleteI have a 12K and a 10K in the next few weeks but I don't think I'd wear them for those. I do have a half marathon Aug. 1, and I'd love to have 'em for the training and race day.
ReplyDeleteI am a follower, I am a fan, and I like the pink!

ReplyDeleteI like the bright lime green ones. And I love compression socks - used to play rugby in them and it made a huge difference.
ReplyDeleteI am also following CEP compression on Twitter.
ReplyDeleteI don't actually run in races (just for cross-training) but I bet they'd be great after a long day of rock climbing or a soccer game. :)
ReplyDeleteI followed and FB fan'd you! I'm in the market for some compression socks. :)
ReplyDeleteI am following your blog. (Awesome, by the way.
ReplyDeleteI went to CEP, and am stuck. I have 17inch calves, so I want to get the black ones- because they are slimming, but then I live in Florida, so the white would be better for heat prevention.
ReplyDeleteAs a compromise, I would have to choose the white with black ones.
Hey, I blogged your giveaway. Maybe the winner will be someone who visits my page...
ReplyDeleteHey! I also followed the CEP folks on twitter, and I even tweeted that I heard about them from you!
ReplyDeleteI am a fan on facebook. do you still like your new minimal shoes?
ReplyDeleteI don't think I will be wearing them during. As much as they might help, I think after is the time when I would be most likely to wear them.
ReplyDeleteI want to wear them to IM 70.3 in Miami.
I am sooo not a facebooker ;) I do however follow your blog if that counts :)

ReplyDeleteAnd I think compression is awesome! I use socks and tights for recovery after hard runs and I used another brand of compression socks in the 2nd half of my 50 mile race last month. Totally saved my legs!
ReplyDeleteI'm a blog follower.
ReplyDeleteThanks
I don't have any compression gear but I'm curious. I took a look at the CEP website and I'm afraid that until they ever come out with some striking turquoise socks then I'd have to be boring and go with the black. My running wardrobe is trying hard not to go too pink, despite best efforts of companies making women's running garments.
ReplyDeleteBTW I am wondering how long it will be before you feel the urge to slice the toe off your compression and let your pinkies free?
