Mostly Wordless Wednesday

 How to combat anemia.  This wont last me a week.

to eat that much spinach, I'd have to bread it and fry it and dip it in ranch dressing... yikes!

That's a lot of spinach!! though, it usually looks like a lot and then when you actually start using it to make stuff it doesn't seem like much...

i love spinach! i eat so much of it..sometimes i eat too much and you can imagine what happens...yup, it's green! sorry, TMI? you're a mom so i'm guessing not TMI :-)

haha I eat about the same amount every week too. Usually topped with two eggs overy easy, ranch style or black beans, jack cheese, plain greek yogurt, a whole avocado and some texas pete hot sauce=awesome ;]
