I am in love with celery greens and pine nut hummus! No wonder I am gaining weight. Eating well tastes sooo good!

ReplyDeleteIts amazing how one can still gain weight on a restricted diet and oh I can eat soooo much hummus!
ReplyDeleteI limit myself on Sunbutter because I will eat the whole jar just standing in the kitchen with some honey and a spoon and open jar of Sunbutter :)
I read VANESSA blog about you. Oh my goodness the sunbutter sounds yummy. I have just resently found hummus it my new best find instead of dip. I love artichoke and spinach hummus You are just a wealth of info girl. I love reading you blog. I learn something every time I read it. Love reading how you figured out the foods that bothered you. So insightful.
ReplyDeleteLove the timing of this. I've been trying to be gf & DF for about 2 months now but....the pita informed me today he's ready to take the jump too. Yay!! This will be so awesome!! Off to check V's blog!!
ReplyDeleteI've read your blog off and on and had no idea you were GF/CF. I've been dealing with a lot of issues myself (sounds similar to your story) and have been GF since last Fall, but am not fully improved. I'll have to pay more attention to your blog for ideas and inspiration :)
