I ran. Barefoot of course.

 I ran three barefoot miles today.
I think I feel pretty good.  Some anxiety but otherwise not too shabby.

We ran at the fairgrounds and Jaymon is still out there somewhere running.  I was being conservative and stopped at three miles even though mentally I wanted to go farther.  Everything feels strong.  I did some yoga and played on the monkey rings yesterday so my chest is sore and its making me unsure of what I am feeling but I know and recognize anxiety so I am trusting that my body is strong and able and it will just take time.  The important bit is that basically, I ran!
