Yeah, about that weight thing, another reason to cut back on the calories is the freaking inner thigh chaffing. Damn it! I have not had to deal with that for a few years now and I was reminded that it is completely unnecessary! We went for about 6 miles or so although I only put 5 on daily mile. I am an under estimator when it comes to my miles. I am embracing being able to breath better and the reduced heart burn while running without a bra. I will have to find some kind of solution when it gets hot enough to go shirtless....cuz yeah, I'm not quite ready to go there yet even though I think the ladies should be able to go shirtless like the dudes, and have thought so since I was made to wear a shirt since about age 5.....but that's a fight for another day :)
I am really loving the instagram community. Here is a link to follow my photos. My username is angiebeehotz if you want to follow! Here are a few favorites.
Pattrick also has a Sketchers Go Run shoe giveaway going on until the end of this week so go enter while you have time! Two pairs up for grabs.
Cheers,

Yes, things will get easier. They always do. Love your photos Angie! And great to see a post from you. Hey, did you ever see my post about the braless running society?? It was all in jest but so many people thought I was serious.
at the same time...it was based on running without a bra...something I do. Like today. Not always but when I'm too lazy to put on on.
I still want to do a naked run (barefoot, of course!). Boob jiggle will happen. I hate bras in general and seldom wear one except when running. When I get home and take a bra off (on one of the sad days when I'm forced to conform), I usually take it off within seconds of arrival, proclaiming "free bosoms everywhere." My girls have grown up with that & are now teenagers. Can't believe it, but they LIKE bras! Where did I go wrong?
I have never worn a bra, and I never wear a shirt to training in, I just would get to hot, it's bad enough having to wear a vest at races...
I'm not brave enough to run bare foot, so 5 finger and NB Minimus 00 will have to do a couple of times a week.
The first thing I thought of seeing the first photo was Huck Finn. Good stuff. Cheers!
I have small ones and I can't imagine running without a bra, I mean I could but the feeling would drive me nuts!
Cals in = cals out
If you decrease the in, you decrease the out. Rather than count calories, eat foods that leave you both full and sated for hours rather than quickly processing through the GI and resulting in glucose drops.
Wow, no shoes I can imagine, but no bra--you are tough! I never thought about how it would cause you to run more gently though. Intriguing!
Running without a bra!!! That's impressive. I'm not sure I dare to that even though I'm only blessed with a small b-cup.
