Summer songs for 2012

I have been searching for "that song".  The tone, the mood, the groove  that would remind me in years to come what summer 2012 was all about.   I have found it.  It's catchy and with potential to learn on the ukulele.

Happy, mellow, and full of love.   That makes a good summer song.

"I belong with you, you belong with me, you're my sweetheart."

and.....I revisit this post because the universe just dropped even more music into my lap.
I have this friend from highschool who was the master of the mixed tape.  Almost 20 years later he is still sending out mixed CDs a couple of times a year.   I found this song on this years summer mix.

            

Now how about this!  Sweet Pea.  I see myself swaying in a summer dress to this tune.
