Where did this week go? Thats what I have been asking myself all day on this Monday that is almost done! Today was the day I went up to 2 minutes in the #DecemberPlankChallenge
and yesterday I did
30 seconds on elbows
30 seconds straight arm plank
15 seconds side plank
15 seconds other side plank
I also realized that I need a standing desk again and that
sitting may indeed be the new smoking.
It's all good though.
I will set myself an alarm for a 30 second dance party more often during the day!
AND GO! 30 SECOND DANCE PARTY!
